JMC Double-flanged is a large size resilient seated type of butterfly valve (with a replaceable elastomeric seat and a centric disc design) available in double-flanged body styles from DN 500 mm (20') up to DN 2400 mm (96'). Its special elastomeric seat design (covering the whole internal body surface) as well as its proven disc&shaft arrangement (spline shaft) provides bubble tight shut off performance from full vacuum (0,01 mbar*) up to 25 bars (365 psi)* and prevents internal corrosion of the body and disc.
Working pressure: PN6 (90 psi), PN10 (150 psi), PN16 (240 psi), PN20 (300 psi) and PN25 (365 Psi) according to sizes. Working temperature from -15°C to +130°C Materials: Ductile Iron, Aluminium bronze, stainless steel according to applications. Flange connection in accordance with all major international standards: ISO, EN, DIN, BS, ANSI, MSS SP44, JIS... Type of actuators available: Manual operators (worm gears), pneumatic, electric or Hydraulic actuators and all associated accessories.
